A quick word about Santa Clarita Foreclosures

Wouldn't it be nice not to have to identify yourself when search for Foreclosures and Bank Owned homes?  Apparently, there is a trick to being able to do just that. 

I Have surfed as you have, posing as a buyer of Real Estate.  I have found very few resources that will allow anyone to search for Foreclosures and Bank Owned homes without having to give up something very personal - Their Information.

So, just to say it could be done and because I would want to search in the same way, of course not contacting or wanting contact until I was ready...

I have posted all of the Foreclosures within all of the Cities of the Santa Clarita Valley at this link.  These Google Maps will include each and every property, bank owned, REO, Real Estate Owned, any home that have completed the Foreclosure process and is on the market for sale.  Acton, Agua Dulce, Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, and Valencia are all here represented for you.

FHA streamline loans - what are they are who are they for?  Mike Meena with Augusta Financialwas interviewed today by Me, Connor MacIVOR, with the Paris911 Team.

He covered the nuts and bolts to the FHA streamline process on our http://paris911.com/YouTube - You have to had paid for the last 6 months, being current on your mortgage with an FHA loan.  You need to provide some minor documentation and you can be upside down on your house.

How to Navigate the Paris911 Home Page for Santa Clarita Real Estate...

We get asked this question a lot, not because it is confusing and definately not directly.  But folks wonder where I am getting my data when reporting on the Santa Clarita Valley Real Estate market.

I tell them that I obtain everything I show my viewers, from our Exclusive Client Resources located on the Paris911 Home page.  Some are slow to pay for new technology when it comes to their sellers and buyers.  The way our Paris911 Real Estate team see's it - you are only as up to date as your Realtor's Website. (off topic)   You know what I like - other agents calling me and asking me how I do such and such and who do I use..  The better the information generated by my compadres, the more quality our Industry becomes as a whole. - I am for that!

You can visit extra Real Estate websites - but the issue with that is you don't know anything about the source.  We get approached to place banners on our home page for monetary compensation.  I have not and will not.  I don't want our clients being distracted by anything.  If they are on my Real Estate website - they want facts not a bunch of crap they have to navigate around.  Plus, if I would have wanted to get into building sites that contained pay per click banners - I would have focused on that.  But I can only serve one master related to my craft - our Real Estate Clients.
