You tube - nothing like it and I am happy to explain a bit about how we have come about with regard to our Foreclosures and how long it takes it to go from the Mitigation department's desk to the asset Manager. Then from the Asset Manager to the Agent and then how long it takes for the Agent to get this asset onto the market for sale.
