How do I search for Real Estate to see the most recent and updated listings possible without having to give my personal information?
That is a great question and some of the larger sites on the WWW allow for this but they are not pulling new data several times per hour.
They are stuck with the Data Upload once or twice a week. In this constrictive market - that kind of RECON is lacking for sure. So - you want a resource that is directly from each local board of Realtors that houses the Source Data within the MLS.
