FHA streamline loans - what are they are who are they for?  Mike Meena with Augusta Financialwas interviewed today by Me, Connor MacIVOR, with the Paris911 Team.

He covered the nuts and bolts to the FHA streamline process on our http://paris911.com/YouTube - You have to had paid for the last 6 months, being current on your mortgage with an FHA loan.  You need to provide some minor documentation and you can be upside down on your house.

Bridgeport in Valencia has Active Listings to View

Homes for Sale in Valencia’s Bridgeport community.  It is not a large tract of homes, but it does have a man made lake that is located in the heart of Valencia.  The Swimming Pool is Huge and as I have heard one of our Scottish neighbors say, “There be ducks here…”

I pulled a two year history for all residences in the Santa Clarita Valley. I also did not limit the number crunching to any specific price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, or housing type.

Any Real Estate Search is only as good as the data that is entered by the "expert".

Bad in equals Bad out...

When we put together any market dynamic search for market data - we have to make sure we are getting the right reports that don't give false representation that might convey to the viewer a position of selfishness.

So - Here you have it.  I am a one-take type of presenter.  I don't want to massage and desire shooting from the hip - So here it is and I hope that you enjoy the two year history with March 2010 numbers included.

Short Sale Help Call

I remember the days of Full Time Police Work.  There are the days that I miss it and then the days I miss it a lot. 

The camaraderie is something that lacks in Real Estate without a doubt.

Sitting in the station with an arrestee and completing reports, you did not even have to hear a radio.  All of a sudden there was the sound of driving cattle - large boots hitting the deck and papers flying all over the room.  Just dust where those that were once buried in the recreation of events as they were being documented, was left behind.

The radio volumes were turned up, and the patrol, detectives, and Motors were starting their engines and gates opened.

All I can say is that there was no room for being in the way or staying at the station during one of these "Help Calls".  Everyone Rolled - Everybody!!!
