A quick word about Santa Clarita Foreclosures

Wouldn't it be nice not to have to identify yourself when search for Foreclosures and Bank Owned homes? Apparently, there is a trick to being able to do just that.

I Have surfed as you have, posing as a buyer of Real Estate. I have found very few resources that will allow anyone to search for Foreclosures and Bank Owned homes without having to give up something very personal - Their Information.

So, just to say it could be done and because I would want to search in the same way, of course not contacting or wanting contact until I was ready...

I have posted all of the Foreclosures within all of the Cities of the Santa Clarita Valley at this link. These Google Maps will include each and every property, bank owned, REO, Real Estate Owned, any home that have completed the Foreclosure process and is on the market for sale. Acton, Agua Dulce, Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, and Valencia are all here represented for you.

If you want to grow, I mean really grow - all you have to do is read a book that is 60+ years old on Self Improvement.

Dale Carnegie said it best, "In two months you can get more people interested in you by focusing on them, than you can in two years by trying to get people focused on you..." Not a direct quote, but from memory.

Isn't that the truth - By getting our focus off of ourselves and giving the tribute to others - what a concept.

Have you run into the people that won't let you get in a word edge wise? I am sure you have, I have indeed. In fact, with those personality types, for the most part, they know little about anything.

I usually stop talking until they are finished - they I start again, continuing to answer the question they first asked. Then, as if I am on camera with some funky Reality TV show - it happens again, they are back in the "speaking seat". It is hard to win - but maybe we can win by listening.

Wouldn't t be a feat to obtain a listing or sell a buyer a home without having saying a word about Real Estate? I am sure it has happened - probably not very often. Interesting enough, we are creatures of habit. Habits are hard to break sometimes. But a GREAT Man, to some GOD, said that he wanted us to treat others as we expected to be treated...

Remember - We have Two ears and One mouth for a reason... And it probably was not to listen in stereo :-)

FHA streamline loans - what are they are who are they for? Mike Meena with Augusta Financialwas interviewed today by Me, Connor MacIVOR, with the Paris911 Team.

He covered the nuts and bolts to the FHA streamline process on our http://paris911.com/YouTube - You have to had paid for the last 6 months, being current on your mortgage with an FHA loan. You need to provide some minor documentation and you can be upside down on your house.

IF you have an FHA loan in place and are a bit upside down on your home - this might save you from a Short Sale or Foreclosure. But you need to get all of the numbers from your lender. Mike Meena can be reached at 661-260-2970.

With the turning of the tide and over 40% of the listings for sale in the Santa Clarita Valley being Short Sales, good negotiators are good - But you might want to turn to a GREAT Short Sale negotiator.

It is about the track record. Successfully negotiating short sales in Santa Clarita is not all about getting the short sale approved. In fact, that is the least of my team's worries. It is more important that you will be left alone after the Short Sale process has been completed.

With no fear of someone coming after you in the future, the true healing will begin. We council a lot of people in our offices that have most of the same fears. Special Programs for Police Officers and Deputy Sheriff's... WATCH OUT!!!

Being that I was a 17 year regular with the LAPD and a current Reserve, I have seen my fair share of "good deals". In fact, it seems that every time someone was telling me that I was special and was getting the best deal in the world - I was taken as sure as the sun is hot!!!

It has reared it's ugly head again, this time with two Detectives with the LAPD - a Husband and Wife Team - were almost taken being teased with a $500.00 rebate to use a specific "special program for law enforcement" lender.

Lending is not my business - however, when the lender is charging 3% up front for origination and not changing the rate, which was 1% over what everyone else was getting (taking everything into consideration - apples to apples) - and promising $500.00 back as a special deal - I could not hold my tongue.

BTW - the cost of the home was 417K and they were 20% down - it was not a mobile home (nothing against mobile homes...)

Mobile Property Search and Mobile Registration for Santa Clarita Home Values

Finally, the folks At smarter agent got together with the Local boards of Realtors and worked out a deal to bring the Mobile Property platform to Southern California.
